Cartridge Filter
Nova-Tech Filters Cartridge filters can be the best choice for applications with varied flow rates that require sub-micron retention rating, including food and beverage, chemicals, paint and the filtration of acids and bases. Cartridge filtration can also be an effective choice for pharmaceutical and ultra-pure water applications.
Candle Filter
Nova-Tech Candle Filters are made up of equal-diameter pipes. The candle is covered with filter hose in polypropylene, polyester and nylon. The number of candles depends on the filtration area of the filter. Under the pressure filtration takes place. Two filters must be installed for continuous operation. It is commonly used in oil, gas and chemicals.
Pleated Filter

Coalescer Filter
Nova-Tech Filters Coalescing Filtration is used for the separation of two ‘phases’, for example, the removal of water aerosols and droplets from gas. Tiny liquid droplets are brought together into larger droplets as air flows through the element's fibre matrix, and they eventually become large enough to be drained away.
Coalescing filter elements remove contaminants using three different mechanisms: Diffusion typically applies to particles 0.1 microns and smaller. The inner capture layer is a high efficiency coalescing layer and the outer is a coarser drainage layer.
Sparkler Filter
Nova-Tech Sparkler filters, redefine filtration through compactness, ease of operation and robust engineering. Various nominal diameters are available 8, 14, 18, 24, 33 inches with a surface area ranging from 0.1 - 10 m2.
In this the Liquid is pumped through the central channel of the cartridge from the bottom of the body. Suspended particles are retained on the filter media resting on the filter plate. Clean filtrate emerges out from the peripheral holes of the plate, into the tank and comes out from the bottom outlet. Filter tank wall does not come in contact with the unfiltered liquid, hence remains clean. This system is ideally suited for filtration of syrup, liquid, chemicals, oil beverages.

Heat Exchanger
Nova-Tech Filters heat Exchanger is a device used to transfer heat between two or more fluids. It can be used in both cooling and heating processes. They have wide application in power station, refrigeration, air conditioning, petroleum’s, natural gas processing.
It basically works on Shell and tube heat exchangers consist of a series of tubes which contain fluid that must be either heated or cooled. A second fluid runs over the tubes that are being heated or cooled so that it can either provide the heat or absorb the heat required. A set of tubes is called the tube bundle and can be made up of several types of tubes: plain, longitudinally finned, etc. Shell and tube heat exchangers are typically used for high-pressure applications (with pressures greater than 30 bar and temperatures greater than 260 °C). This is because the shell and tube heat exchangers are robust due to their shape.
Sand Filter
Nova-Tech Sand Filters are highly recommended for the removal of suspended solids & undisclosed impurities like dust particles & heavy metals etc. The sand filter is an ideal solution for the system with high sediment, silt, sand and turbidity. These filters treat activated carbon with oxygen which traps the particles and adsorb other impurities from the flowing stream of water. Our unique designs ensure the maximum utilization of the surface area, the lesser pressure drop across the pressure bed and effective elimination of the impurities.
